PLA2G7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,910 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2G7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DMXL2, HCK, and SASH3. Each is linked with PLA2G7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G7-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G7 versus DMXL2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
