Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,031 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2G7-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, CSF3R, and CCRL2. Each is linked with PLA2G7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G7-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G7 results are reported.
