Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLA2G7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,626 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2G7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ether catabolic process, Glycerol ether catabolic process, and Platelet activating factor catabolic process. Each is linked with PLA2G7 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G7-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G7 results are reported.
