Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G4F mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,978 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G4F-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL447P, GATAD2A, and ZNF232. Each is linked with PLA2G4F in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G4F-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G4F results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL447P grouped by PLA2G4F-low versus PLA2G4F-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G4F→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G4F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
