Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLA2G4D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLA2G4D data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PLA2G4D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLA2G4D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, STAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where PLA2G4D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
