The most reproducible PLA2G4D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epidermal growth factor receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of defense response to virus by host, and Negative regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with PLA2G4D in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G4D-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G4D results are reported.
