Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLA2G4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,738 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splice site recognition, Taurine biosynthetic process, and Alkanesulfonate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PLA2G4B in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G4B-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA splice site recognition grouped by PLA2G4B-low versus PLA2G4B-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
