Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G2F mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G2F-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PCNA, and PDCD4. Each is linked with PLA2G2F in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G2F-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G2F results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by PLA2G2F-low versus PLA2G2F-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G2F→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G2F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
