Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLA2G2E Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLA2G2E data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PLA2G2E Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLA2G2E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC are the cancer types where PLA2G2E Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
