Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G2E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,490 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G2E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomerase RNA localization, Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, and Base-excision repair, gap-filling. Each is linked with PLA2G2E in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G2E-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G2E results are reported.
