Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,920 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBX2_S360, FGD4, and IQGAP2_S16. Each is linked with PLA2G1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G1B-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G1B versus TBX2_S360 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
