Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLA2G1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,544 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Skeletal myofibril assembly, Phosphatidylserine catabolic process, and Regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation. Each is linked with PLA2G1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G1B-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Skeletal myofibril assembly grouped by PLA2G1B-low versus PLA2G1B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
