Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,089 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TK2, VSIG4, and CAPG. Each is linked with PLA2G15 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G15-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G15 versus TK2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
