Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,822 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G15-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNJ5, TMIGD3, and SIGLEC9. Each is linked with PLA2G15 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G15-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G15 versus KCNJ5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
