Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,075 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2G15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLBD2, PLD3, and CTSZ. Each is linked with PLA2G15 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G15-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G15 results are reported.
