Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G15-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, eIF4E, and FoxM1. Each is linked with PLA2G15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G15-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by PLA2G15-low versus PLA2G15-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
