PLA2G15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLA2G15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,605 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2G15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein targeting, Caveolin-mediated endocytosis, and Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane. Each is linked with PLA2G15 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G15-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein targeting grouped by PLA2G15-low versus PLA2G15-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
