Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLA2G12A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G12A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRISP1. Each is linked with PLA2G12A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G12A-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G12A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRISP1 grouped by PLA2G12A-low versus PLA2G12A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
