Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLA2G10 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLA2G10 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher PLA2G10 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLA2G10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

PDAC and LSCC are the cancer types where PLA2G10 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
