Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,682 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P31, CTAG1B, and OR1S2. Each is linked with PLA1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA1A-to-partner and partner-to-PLA1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P31 grouped by PLA1A-low versus PLA1A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
