PLA1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLA1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10H5, TDRD15, and SLC5A8. Each is linked with PLA1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA1A-to-partner and partner-to-PLA1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10H5 grouped by PLA1A-low versus PLA1A-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
