PKP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 531 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3JP1, RPL22P5, and FABP5P6. Each is linked with PKP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKP3-to-partner and partner-to-PKP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
