Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,811 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of ventricular cardiac muscle cell action potential, Rho protein signal transduction, and Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with PKP3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKP3-to-partner and partner-to-PKP3 results are reported.
