PKP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,923 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PKP1_S142, RBM47, and PKP1_S185. Each is linked with PKP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKP1-to-partner and partner-to-PKP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKP1 versus PKP1_S142 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
