Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,657 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT6A, FABP5, and TINCR. Each is linked with PKP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKP1-to-partner and partner-to-PKP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKP1 versus KRT6A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
