PKP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, A-Raf_pS299, and JNK2. Each is linked with PKP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKP1-to-partner and partner-to-PKP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by PKP1-low versus PKP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
