PKNOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKNOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,238 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKNOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC31P, CLPB, and FEN1. Each is linked with PKNOX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKNOX2-to-partner and partner-to-PKNOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC31P grouped by PKNOX2-low versus PKNOX2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKNOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKNOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
