PKNOX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKNOX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,370 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKNOX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD38, HDGFL2, and TRADD. Each is linked with PKNOX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKNOX1-to-partner and partner-to-PKNOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKNOX1 versus CD38 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKNOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKNOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
