PKNOX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKNOX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,203 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKNOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCF2, PLEKHH2, and ZIK1. Each is linked with PKNOX1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKNOX1-to-partner and partner-to-PKNOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKNOX1 versus NCF2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKNOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKNOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
