PKNOX1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKNOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,243 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKNOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-650P, MRPL57P7, and MTCYBP1. Each is linked with PKNOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKNOX1-to-partner and partner-to-PKNOX1 results are reported.
