Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKNOX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,949 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKNOX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, Signal transduction in response to DNA damage, and Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with PKNOX1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKNOX1-to-partner and partner-to-PKNOX1 results are reported.
