PKNOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKNOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKNOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMRTC1B, CWH43, and CUX2. Each is linked with PKNOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKNOX1-to-partner and partner-to-PKNOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DMRTC1B grouped by PKNOX1-low versus PKNOX1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKNOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKNOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
