Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PKN3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PKN3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PKN3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PKN3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, LSCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where PKN3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
