PKN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,963 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAF1, ZNF326, and CDC73. Each is linked with PKN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKN2-to-partner and partner-to-PKN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKN2 versus PAF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
