PKN2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with PKN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKN2-to-partner and partner-to-PKN2 results are reported.
