Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,560 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of centriole replication, Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, and Nuclear pore complex assembly. Each is linked with PKN2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKN2-to-partner and partner-to-PKN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of centriole replication grouped by PKN2-low versus PKN2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
