Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 721 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZPBP2, CCER1, and PRAMEF15. Each is linked with PKN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKN2-to-partner and partner-to-PKN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZPBP2 grouped by PKN2-low versus PKN2-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
