PKMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-383P, RNU6-794P, and LINC02130. Each is linked with PKMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKMP1-to-partner and partner-to-PKMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-383P grouped by PKMP1-low versus PKMP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
