PKMP1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a, Rad50, and MEK1. Each is linked with PKMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKMP1-to-partner and partner-to-PKMP1 results are reported.
