PKM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,253 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA2, PKM_S37, and MMP14. Each is linked with PKM in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKM-to-partner and partner-to-PKM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKM versus P4HA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
