Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,365 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANXA2, NPTN, and MORF4L1P1. Each is linked with PKM in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKM-to-partner and partner-to-PKM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKM versus ANXA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
