Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,819 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein depolymerization, Ribonucleoside diphosphate metabolic process, and Nucleoside diphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with PKM in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKM-to-partner and partner-to-PKM results are reported.
