Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PKHD1L1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PKHD1L1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PKHD1L1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PKHD1L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, CHOL, and ACC are the cancer types where PKHD1L1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
