Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PKDREJ Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PKDREJ data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PKDREJ Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PKDREJ expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, STAD, and ACC are the cancer types where PKDREJ Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
