PKD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,429 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNM1, FHL3, and FILIP1L. Each is linked with PKD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD2-to-partner and partner-to-PKD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKD2 versus DNM1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
