Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,695 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHPF, MXRA8, and FGF1. Each is linked with PKD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD2-to-partner and partner-to-PKD2 results are reported.
