PKD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,168 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECHS1, MTFP1, and CASC15. Each is linked with PKD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD2-to-partner and partner-to-PKD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ECHS1 grouped by PKD2-low versus PKD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
