Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,185 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to hydrostatic pressure, Golgi vesicle transport, and Response to hydrostatic pressure. Each is linked with PKD2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD2-to-partner and partner-to-PKD2 results are reported.
