Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRNR2L5, RBMY1J, and NEU2. Each is linked with PKD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD2-to-partner and partner-to-PKD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTRNR2L5 grouped by PKD2-low versus PKD2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
