Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,225 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKD1P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBF1, RPL26, and RPL7. Each is linked with PKD1P3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD1P3-to-partner and partner-to-PKD1P3 results are reported.
